My complaint:

My 11 year old son has been playing Roblox for almost 5 years. In this time period, there has only ever been one problem and that was with an image he tried to submit from Google. He received a warning and took down the image. On December 25, 2022, he received a $50 visa gift card for Christmas. On December 26, 2022, he spent $12.78 on Roblox and on December 28, 2022, he spent $25.46 on Roblox. I have submitted a photo of the transactions to show these purchases. On December 30, 2022, he logged in the game to play only to discover his account had been terminateddeleted. The moderation note given was this username is not permitted on Roblox. I have submitted a photo showing this information as well. We filed an appeal regarding this because he could easily change his name if it was a problem. The response we received from Roblox was the account received moderation action for violating the Roblox Community Standards: Scams and after reviewing all the available evidence the consequence for this conduct will not be adjusted. I have also provided an image of this response. We responded and asked for them to provide more information regarding scams since their story changed about why the account was terminated and their response was we’re sorry but we’re unable to provide you with any further information or response regarding this inquiry. I have provided an image for this response. At this point, Roblox has stolen from my son (a minor) and do not seem to know exactly why they deactivateddeleted his account that he has spent a good bit of money on over the years. Since Roblox is unable to provide any additional information regarding this, it appears Roblox is the one scamming.

Suggested solution:

Reactivate the account or provide a refund for all funds spend on that account.
