My complaint:
On 03232022 I lost my mobile phone around 10:30 AM CST. I had a robinhood app in my phone so I informed Robinhood to freeze my account as soon as possible. They don’t have customer service number, so I sent an email. Same day unauthorized person changed my email and phone number in my robinhood account. After that I was not able to login. I did inform about this to robinhood.I got response from robinhood on 04052022 and they change my email and phone number back to old. After that I was able to login. Before my phone was lost my portfolio was around 110,000. Unauthorized person sold all my stock and my portfolio was 750. I opened dispute with robinhood on same day i.e 04052022 .On 04082022 robinhood denied my claim.
Suggested solution:
reimburse all my account i.e 110000
