My complaint:
my robinhood account has been compromised since 512021, i contacted robinhood through an email on 522021 , it took them 4 days to reply back to me askig me to rest my passowrd which i did manytimes, there is also a security weakness on rbinhood system, the hacker has set 2 Factor authentication through an app, everytime i try to log in to my account , it asks me for a code generated by google authenticator app that i never set , so if a hacker get to your account and set the authentication app, u ll never be able to get it back. it has been 16 days that my account is locked with no resolution from robin hood. not sure if i still have any money left in my account. no phone number for robinhood , no chatting with live agent .
Suggested solution:
give me access back to my account, find out how the hacker go to my account , refund me for any unauthorized transaction on my account if there is any
