My complaint:
Bought a $580 put option and was $50 in the profit within minutes. Tried to sell multiple times at asking price, below asking price, and at mid price. Every attempt was cancelled by Robinhood until I was in the red. Ended up not letting me sell until I’d lost $510 of the $580. Their customer service thought I was a new trader and could make me believe I didn’t know how trades work but I’ve used multiple platforms for years. This was their app cancelling my sell orders and ripping me off. Instead of making $50 profit, bc of their app I lost $510.
Suggested solution:
Refund me for their app either glitching or purposefully cancelling my sell order which cost me money.
