Riversweeps complaint: Vendor blocked me after I reached minimum payout amount.

My complaint:

I started an account through the agent through Facebook. They loaded my account a few times, and I never actually hit big enough to cash out (minimum was 70). I miraculously hit a major jackpot, and it brings my payout amount to 71 dollars. I contact the agent and let them know, excited and eager, and they tell me to wait. I inquire with them later and they ask me for the account pin, and after that they tell me that the cash out amount wasn’t met! I log in and find out that 10 dollars of my payout has been transferred back to entries, leaving me at 60, 10 short of the minimum requirement. I become livid, and they claim they didn’t do it and they can’t control that issue at all, to just use the 10 to work back up to 60. Knowing that this is more than likely not going to work, I use my village to score extra entries, I had saved every spin since I got the account for my village, and wound up finishing the first of the levels to add the rewards for them of 500 entries, which in turn helped me barely scrape by, meeting the required amount at 72. They tell me they’ll cash me out, to wait, they’re waiting for their cashier, then after I get off work find out they blocked me
