Riversweeps complaint: Can’t reach customer service to get pin

My complaint:

Deposited 20$ but receipt paper was out so I didn’t get pin… the past 24 hours I’ve been trying to contact customer service but won’t get any response

Suggested solution:

Give me my pin with my 20$ deposit credited.
