My complaint:
I had $370 in my account on juwa platform through River weeps on facebook. I wanted to cash out requested cash out and while in in my game it kicked me out said I. Logged in from another device I thought maybe one of my other phones connected so I logged right bk in. Well after requesting cash out my phone rang and I’m waiting for them to pay me. But I received a message saying if I played my winnings down. Y would I do that if I just said to cash me out so I tried to login but the password was changed. Only the gaming admins can change the password. The attendant said they told the boss they had a big cash of $500 and $500 and she saw my account had $1100 and someone but when they went to cash it out the balance was at zero. All I want is what was stolen from my account I didn’t play it.tbeu had my password changed had someome log in and play off what I had in the account to get a larger amount of o cash out. They keep saying it played it I know I didn’t I know theres a way to tell if I did or not.
