My complaint:
I sent epic arcade a donation in amount of $15.00. They’ve failed loading to my game or even refunding my money.
Suggested solution:
I think they should load my game account plus give me loyal bonus that's what they said they were going to do and failed to do so as of now. It's been 4 days since I sent my donation in
