My complaint:
Hello, I am a long time customer at Riversweeps casino platform, and have always loved the games and the service Ive always received via the messenger acc. Dragon Thunder Sweeps. (Photos attached) Until I won a big jack pot and asked to cash out 2500.00 with a 100.00 tip which would have left a remaining balance of approximately 773.25.
It was taking a very long time for the cash out and it when it finally came it was only 200.00. I was immediately blocked on messenger and my river account was locked. I then received the email that is always sent and It said I had withdrawn 3273.25 and my remaining winning balance was zero and playing was 46.00. So my money was clearly stolen by whoever was working the Dragon Thunder Sweeps messenger at that time. I have sent numerous emails and recieved no assistance. I have screen shots showing that everything I’ve said is true.
Suggested solution:
They should pay me the money that I am owed. I\'m sure they have records showing who is responsible for the withdraw, so they need to pay me.
