My complaint:
I deposited a good chunk of cash on to Riversweeps, yesterday( Nov. 30, 2023), and didn’t get the Cashback Wheel for any of my deposits. My complaint is why is it available when i only deposit $5-10 but close to $80-100 it doesn’t provide it? I probably won’t be gaming on Riversweeps again because for one, the games are low volatility considering that along with the win/loss ratio AND THEN no cashback wheel for big deposits?! Nope, i’ll stick with Juwa or FireKirin.
Suggested solution:
Refund or credit the amount i would have been awarded if the platform had operated properly and provided the Cashback Wheel to begin with.
