My complaint:
I am currently resident in Spain where NO clothing retail stores have used plastic for 2 years. I have often shopped at River Island on frequent visits here. Neither myself nor my family who do reside here shall be doing so any longer until this practice stops. Having read the so-called Sustainability blurb you provide I find it, quite frankly, absurd.
Suggested solution:
B y using alternatives to plastic....if you need help with this I refer you to HM or many other retailers.
