My complaint:
Local authorized Rheem contractor replaced a defective furnace blower motor that was covered under warranty. It took the technician one hour to install the new motor and charged me $1200 just for labor. I believe that even though the motor was covered under the warranty the contractor included the motor cost into the labor.I will never do business with this company again.
Suggested solution:
They should return any money paid over what a reasonable one hour labor charge would normally be.
