My complaint:
I reported my MC stolen, same day thief used it to buy $231 vaccumm, 615. Company WONT reinbursh me, cuz they said at time the computer hasn’t updated and said it was valid.
I got ahold of vacvum place where the theif bought vacvum, owner is very accommodating, had order.with the theirs REAL NAME, ADDRESS in which MY credit card paid for it..he said he would go over there personally and try to get it back. And that’s where I am standing.
I just had a surgery was in hospital day I was stolen, I passed this 411 to fraud dept at REFLEX MASTERCARD, IT IS CLEARLY PROVING IT WASNT ME AND DID NOT GIVE ANY AUTHORITY TO USE MY CARD, SHE ALSO STOLE OTHER ITEMS FROM MY HOUSE, AND REFLEX WON’T GIVE MONEY BACK? NOT DO THEY EVEN CALL ME BACK? AND I’LL ADD, EVERY MONTH I USUALLY PAY BALANCE IN FULL.. I ALREADY PAID FOR THIS STOLEN VACCUM. AND SINCE THEY ARE USING YOUR LOGO, I’M LETTING YOU KNOW IN WHICH WAYS THEY ARE. I’M SICK, I CAN’T AFFORD THIS, CAN YOU HELP ME?
Don’t have the credit card number as they are sending out new one

I should be covered somewhere with MASTERCARD in situations like this? I reported it stolen, not my fault they\'re shitty computers don\'t block it immediately?
