My complaint:
I called and reported 4 fraudulent charges on 232022 and had to wait 47 days for Reflex to investigate. Waited the days required, Reflex Fraud Department only investigated 1 fraud charge. I tried calling the department no answer, the customer service can’t relay your called to the right department to solve the problem.
Suggested solution:
Reflex should have returned all 4 Fraudulent charges back to my account. The waiting period of 47 days are way too long.
