My complaint:
I literally been staying at the red roof for days not causing no issues whatsoever and been extending our stay everyday and just got off work and room key wasnt working and went to front desk waited for a long time and called and called and called no answer and then he finally comes and says we were been suppose to check out when checkout wasnt til 11 am this morning all my stuff was there and extended again and have the proof from the payments and dates and he even called the cops on me and literally about 8 cops came when all we did was ask for a new room key. Im fighting this until something is done cause im def getting ahold of my lawyer cause that was not right and can even look on camera now i gotta work in a few hours and have to sleep in my car when i been paying and never had no issues til this guy when he was beyond in the wrong!!
