My complaint:
I had surgery on the 28th of Feb 2023 with Mr Guy Sterne at the west midland’s hospital, which I have no complaint about. I paid in full for my surgery on the 31st of Jan 2023, I have called and requested a receipt, 3 times, I am still waiting, I need a receipt, to claim back the money, I am very disappointed, I feel like I am chasing them for this, they didn’t have to chase me for the money for my surgery, My hospital number is 3555847, I would be grateful if you could arrange for a receipt to be sent.
