My complaint:
Wasted appointment
Misled by his secretary saying I had to have another appointment so he could give us to the operation I require. However when attending this appointment which was chargeable to me he told me he does not do this hernia operation and then tried to cover his tracks when my wife and I questioned him about this unnecessary appointment. He recommended a surgeon and we have to pay again another £175.00. we would like a refund as he is an unethical surgeon ripping private patients off.
