My complaint:
The hotel was lower in price but they charge us more and also they said breakfast but when we got there they said they don’t have breakfast for 2 years but that was not what their website or phone line said. Front desk was rude, room has ants and dirty. When I emailed to complain they said Greg is the owner. I don’t care who is owner I have compalian about this scam.
Suggested solution:
Refund my night of stay for both rooms
