My complaint:

I put my atm card in and as it was finalizing the machine come up error and no money come out. I reported it to the cage person and they said the bank put hold on the funds so they said hang around for fifteen minutes and it should give me the money. So I stayed over an hour they said it was the bank. So I left and went home and next morning I check with bank and rain rock has the money but they say they don’t I looked at my statement and it say they have process the money plus atm charge. So I called today and the cage person said the same thing as last night. She said for me to leave my cellphone number and they will call me back haven’t heard from them. I lost over their more than I win but to just give it to them because their atm screwed up they even had the cage operator and cage boss go fix the atm while I was their so we see a problem but they said nothing about the machine. Wow!

Suggested solution:

Look at tape. They know the time check . Also the security guard and cage person had to call someone when they was entering to fix the machine they should see if that money went thru or not but let's be honest. We are gambling which is a risk but now you are playing atm and losing wow!
