My complaint:
I recently spent 3 nights at Radisson srinagar and would like to inform the management of Radisson that this was the worst experience i hadin my life to stay with.
I am a regular customer of Radisson and always prefer to book Radisson during my travel, but after this experience i was forced to change my mind and for sure i would suggest others also to be mindful while you choose this hotel
Below are the issues:
1) Washroom was not clean and the flash switch is non operational, it requires a high pressure push to start and kids and female can’t be do this by own.
2) I spent 3 nights at hotel and every night someone keep calling on intercom on multiple times and never speak up. I was not able to sleep properly not even a single night. I compliant the same on very 1st day at reception but was not sorted.
I would suggest the management of Radisson to take action on these points. This was one of the worst experience i had.

Need a call and will give them solve.
