My complaint:
I had a book reservation for a room they gave someone else my room and then I got whatever they had when I woke up I had a cold when I woke up open the blind the window was cracked wide and tried to close it was stuck I went down stairs to talk to manager and had to wait until 9:30 so I had to leave the room cause it was cold and I stuff up nose so I think I should been refunded my money back for that day
Suggested solution:
Give me a refund or give me a free stay
