My complaint:

Excellent location with great potential, but very poor management and lack of supervision. This is my favorite hotel when traveling to Panama.

I have spent at least 40 days at this location within the last year, but seriously contemplating using another facility for my next trip due to the unsanitary conditions, Damage equipment and poor customer service.

Suggested solution:

Management involvement, quality assurance of living commodities
