My complaint:
July 2022. I am staying at the Hotel Radisson Plaza Oslo and I have been discriminated by the hotel. I have not been allowed to enter the breakfast room with my service dog. Besides this discrimination, I would like to mention that the hotel rooms are dirty, bathrooms have moho in the bathtubs and towels were not clean. I had to change rooms 5 times!!!
I am going to contact my lawyers to start a legal demand against the Radisson Plaza Oslo Hotel for discrimination.
Suggested solution:
They just want me to check out. Amazing!!! Really bad service and unpolite personnel.
