My complaint:
I had a long conversation with bkiri.rani who was handling my reservation.once she ed me all inclusive for 10140 per night room with breakfast and dinner, and I sent her a ation, she changed her rates and hiked them up and sent me another email. This is so so unprofessional and further the worst is that she deleted the trail emails from her side.
I mean really a name like Radisson can be so dishonourable about their conversations. I have made so many calls with respect to speaking to team leaders for eg: Ritika as well as talking to another senior level but no one responds back. Such a worst response, I have never experienced. So upset . I have always experienced super hospitality from Marriott and Novotel but this time I thought I would try the other chain.
I believe with a staff like this definitely, the name of a chain is a spoiler. I would definitely pass a word up in social media too to recount this kind of an incident. Attaching my screenshot for your reference.
