My complaint:

I recently had a disappointing encounter with the restaurant manager, Leonardo, during my stay at Radisson St Denis, La Réunion. I requested an empty wine glass from his staff, who kindly provided it after completing some paperwork, which I understood to be a hotel procedure.

However, my experience took a turn when Leonardo abruptly snatched the glass from my hand, asserting that I couldn’t take it to my room. Despite explaining that his own staff had given me the glass, he rudely insisted on replacing it with a plastic one, emphasizing it was part of their procedure. His tone and manner were highly disrespectful, leaving me questioning the way he handles customers.

I attempted to address my concerns with the hotel’s director but was unsuccessful in reaching them. This incident has left me dissatisfied with the level of customer service and raises questions about the professionalism displayed by Leonardo. I hope this feedback contributes to improving customer experiences at Radisson St Denis. I want to get a reply from you before putting a negative review in trip advisor and other platforms
