My complaint:
When we stayed at their Zurich Airport hotel, the room they upgraded us was leaking water. Subsequent rooms were no better- see photos. We wrote to the hotel and informed about all the mishaps. A staff emailed us and gave us two nights stay free as compensation.
However, after we arrived home and checked our bank statements, we discovered we were overcharged by more than CHF200 for one night stay. We emailed the hotel and asked for clarification about the over-charging because we have our booking ed at a lower rate.
A hotel manager replied we are not giving you 2 nights free stay! despite the fact that we have email ation of the offer. We again emailed the hotel, senior management, the Radisson Customer Care teams and even the Executive Chairman and Group CEO based in Belgium. Since 8 Feb 2024, we have not received any reply. DO NOT STAY in this unethical, unprofessional and dishonest hotel chain. They do not honour written or verbal agreements.

Radisson Hotel Zurich Airport must pay us back the amount they overcharged us CHF 213.
