My complaint:
On 06242022 my doctor Dr. Alma Aguado sent me to QUEST to have labs done. The Lab Technician who attended to me was inexperienced and digging into my right arm and she cause me lot of pain and she wanted to try my other arm and told her NO. The second lady also took blood from my left arm and also hurt me during the time she was drawing my blood. They put a fan near my face and gave me water because I was feeling faint and in pain from both arms. I will NEVER go there again.
Suggested solution:
Better training for the inexperienced technicians,
