My complaint:
The staff at this facility is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. They ignore you if you ask a question and give rude condescending lectures about how hard their job is. They also referenced that they need a drink from the stress they are under.
Suggested solution:
Hire people with basic manners or provide training to teach basic professional communication skills.
