My complaint:
Who knew going in for a checkup could almost cause me worse medical issues? I gave blood and urine samples. My results were not mine. But of someone else. They mixed up my blood and urine samples with someone else’s. My blood sample did not show me having anemia, which I have because of metal poisoning. I have taken many blood tests, and it is a fact that I have anemia. The blood results were of someone with the onset of type two diabetes, high cholesterol, and menopause. I was on my period when I gave my blood and urine samples. My cholesterol is low. I do not have type two diabetes. My diet is more vegan and high in fiber, low in sweets and fried foods.
Suggested solution:
Quest Diagnostics needs to correct its mistakes. I need to do a retest without adding costs. Health is not something to take lightly. Treating the aforementioned issues, which I do not have, could have cost me my life.
