I found that quest charged me $42.74 for no service and keep on calling and did not get any answer. After that I got two bills and I sent the bank statement to quest showing that the $42.74 has been payed to quest. After many emails since August 2023 they told me we apologise we will review your bill and provide your balance. I have received the same bills and it does not look like they reviewed the previous payment. I sent email again asking to clarify. It is been 5 months and my problem had not solved. Please advise. Thank you.
They should count how much money they charged me and what is my bills amount are due.
