My complaint:

I ordered a dress on May 8th, 2019. I didn’t get any type of information on the shipment until I complained to the company that no tracking number was sent, that was on May 27. They decided to send out the tracking number but no shipping company can find my small item. When I told them I needed the shipment by June they made every excuse to why it might be late. I need help. This was supposed to be a baby shower birthday outfit that was basically ordered a month prior.
