QDOBA complaint: poor service and was threatened

My complaint:

First off we really enjoy QDOBA foods and up until yesterday we had executable service. We came into this store close to 7 or 7:30 PM 25522 the first thing we seen was trash on the floor leading to the order area. Trash like napkins and straw paper and scraps of food. We have NEVER seen this before at this location. Come time to order I seen a few 2 or 3 young people around the cash out area who left as soon as they seen us. No big deal just kind of strange. We ordered two stake taco salads and was told they had NO lettuce?? We ordered the same thing without lettuces and were going to buy a couple of bags of chips at check out, and use the Bowles and chips as dip. We came down to the check out (Note there were three young females and one male it the back). I jokingly ask if we could have a discount One for no lettuces and a military discount. Now comes the over blown problem. The young lady at the check acted like she was the manager. In her words I well not give you people a discount; to us she played the raciest card, she black we white. Our order was at the check by this time and the Manager was getting more and more nervous. I made the statement why she or some one couldn’t run over to Wal-Mart and get the lettuces. She screamed You Cannot talk to me that way .She then made gang-aster moves. At they point we both felt threatened and I reach in to move our order down to check out and said we well take this as is. Then come the wrong part. The manager slammed her fist hand on top of our ordering sending the contents out ward and thus making not fit to eat. We were afraid a more raciest words and actions. We more or less ran out of this store and were shaken behind words.

Suggested solution:

I really have no idea what was going on in her brain. She should nat listened to the customer and not blow her top thinking something other than what I said.
