My complaint:
First off let me say I love Qdoba. I eat there at least once a week. I went into today to order a steak fajita bowls. No veggies were prepared. TORRY (assistant manager) went to make more veggies with a filthy pan with burnt veggies. I asked to have my food cooked in a clean pan. She wasn’t happy. Crystal (manager) said, we use the same pan all day this is the Qdoba standard. I told her, that was unacceptable to cook customers food in a dirty pan..in front of them was worse. Crystal then told me, you can leave here if you don’t like it. She said this to me and another customers, who also waked out when I did. I will most likely never go back to Qdoba because of how 1. cooking in the same dirty pan all is unhealthy..burnt food cooked on top of burnt food. 2 how customers are treated when they ask for their food to be cooked in clean pans. I now there is a shortage of staff. But this is the best Qdoba can do..employees that purposely cook food in dirty pans? Shame too, I really loved Qdoba food.
Suggested solution:
Train employees on proper cleaning to prevent customers from being food poisoned. Train them to be respectable to customers when they ask to have their food prepared in clean pans. When you find new employees for that location, fired Crystal. She was the employee that cost Qdoba two customers today.
