My complaint:
I have been calling with QATAR many times, and each time they are unable to assist. I wanted to change my flight, they were unable to assist. I wanted to cancel my flight but first know how much I would receive back, they were unable to assist, they told me I have to cancel and then they will let me know how much I will get back within 7 days. I wanted to have a clear answer on what I get back, they could not give that to me. Then I cancelled, and after 2 weeks I called to request a ation of the cancellation and how much would be refunded. The guest service man was super rude, did not let me speak and only told me that I can email them as they are unable to support. I asked to speak to a supervisor which was not possible. They told me only the refund team knows how much i will get back, so I asked to speak with the refund team, which was also not possible. Then they hung-up on me. So now I still do not know how much I will get refunded and by when…..
Suggested solution:
1. Be friendlier and listen to customers
2. Have more knowledgeable staff
