My complaint:
traveled on the 4th of September. My 1st flight was delayed and we missed our connecting flight with Qatar airlines. I found the ground staff very rude and not not all helpful. Good job someone near by was able to help. We were then told , it was not her problem. End of.
Suggested solution:
would like an apologize for the service i recieved from 1 ground staff.( at check in desk )
