My complaint:
I have buy a ticket at the period of covid and due to lock down my visa was expired and i has been 2 years , I have reschedule the ticket but at this time the travel agency also did not response and i have talk in head office but they also say we cant do any things . that’s why i have loss my money and ticket . the travel as well as agency didn’t give ne refund as well as they didn’t issue new ticket for me . if this types of behavior happen how can we trust Qatar airlines . the detail of my ticket is given below .
