My complaint:
I have been given a voucher number 157-9028450003 that is not accepted when I try to make a booking. I am told when calling your call centre that the voucher is not in my name. I have mailed Airways support and have not had a reply in a week.
Suggested solution:
Please either correct , or advise me on how to proceed with my booking.
