Dear Sir / Madam
On April 25th 2023 went to Airport with my wife to take flight Algiers -Doha – Tokyo as per attached tickets. We were surprised that flight was cancelled.
We were never informed before , neither by SMS, nor by email nor by any agents in Algiers. This has caused a big stress and especially a big loss in money as we were obliged to buy another tickets with your competition as per attached
Claim :
I am kindly asking to refund me the amount difference between the ticket bought from you and last minute ticket DZD 217 191 Algerian Dinars
Or reimburse me all hotels that I have made reservation for Tokyo and Kyoto for the business travel where If i did not go will not be refunded . Will send you reservation if you want.
