My complaint:
I have issued a section 21 in which the tenant has refused to move
after paying for a solicitor they do not have all the paperwork from purple bricks to get a court order so I am now stuck with a Tennant I cannot remove who is paying very low rent
I am dissapointed the fact I pay purple bricks to manage this property so would like some help in resolving this issue please
