My complaint:

The Pharmacy Dept has told me on several occasions that my refill Is on the truck and will be here the next day. I have been to this store on three separate occasions only to be told the same excuse and I am at a loss to understand why they are not able to provide better service. I should not have to be told three times for one prescript refill it will be on the truck the next day when it is not. When I ask why they simply say because of the holidays. Well people’s lives depend on prescriptions and that excuse does not bode well. They should provide the consumer the ability to get the needed prescription from another pharmacy or even perhaps one of their own stores. That is service!!!!!

Suggested solution:

They should resolve it by offering to get the needed prescription from another one of their stores or let the consumer go elsewhere to get the medicine. Offering excuses does not solve their problem.
