My complaint:
It is appalling and unconstitutional that your company is mandating your employees get vaccinated or face employment termination. Shame on you! This will NOT bode well for your company as many of your employees are planning to walk out if you follow through with this illegal and unethical nonsense.
Suggested solution:
Resolving this complaint is quite simple: stand on the side of medical freedom and retract the vaccine mandate. If you don't, the consequences will be simple as well: no employees no products no profits!
