My complaint:

Rite Aid contacted me to advise me of a recall of Secret antiperspirant aerosol that I had purchased at one of their stores. Their voice message indicated that I could return the item to one of their stores for a refund. When returning the item, which of course I no longer had a receipt for, they only refunded me about 12 the price ($2.50). I believe I should have been refunded the entire cost of the item or at the very least received a like product exchange. Surely they will expect a refund from Proctor and Gamble!

Suggested solution:

Refund me the remaining cost of the original product, about $2.50 or replace the product.
