My complaint:
The cream inside the nozzle to this fixative becomes totally hard and clogged after only 3 – 4 uses. Have spent hours trying to clear it with an open paper clip (making me late for work). This happens with every tube.
I have to use the paper clip 10 – 11 times to get any cream out at all, it takes about 5 minutes to get enough out to use, then it is gritty and feels like shards of glass under my denture, causing ulcers. The last tube split open at the bottom causing more problems.
I have now switched to another brand, which does not have this problem, but it leaves my mouth dry and doesn’t last as long
I wrote once before but didn’t receive a reply. It’s a problem that needs addressing.
Suggested solution:
Look at either widening the nozzle on this tube and look at the content of the product to prevent the cream hardening at the point of exit.
