My complaint:
I submitted a complaint thru BBB about being not able to issue refund. They suggested they’ll give me a refund but they my bank. I stated that I do not have access to my bank anymore due to the closer of my account with PrizePicks. They said they are not able to issue me a refund thru my PayPal (which is already linked I have made withdraws deposits thru it) but I read you guys terms it doesn’t state anywhere that I am not able to received a refund back to my PayPal that’s already linked to my account. Judging by PrizePicks terms on their website, it doesn’t explicitly state that funds cannot be refunded to PayPal, especially if PayPal is already linked to my account. Since you used PayPal for deposits, and it is linked to your account, I should be within my rights to receive the refund to my PayPal account. It’s important to note that, while they’re referencing a limitation in payment processing due to disputes, the absence of a clear statement about PayPal refunds does seem to suggest they could refund me to the same method as long as no dispute or chargeback has created restrictions.
I just want a fair outcome please because I really need my funds. Thank you.
