PrizePicks complaint: Lack of customer service, wasting of time, copy and paste “requests” yet never check back in with the customer’s requested issue

My complaint:

I asked very nicely if prizepicks could change my app’s “appearance” and “layout” back to what it had looked like for the past month, and I was told 3 different times that they’d send in my request to prizepicks and get back to me. Not one time did they get back to me. They just said “it’s an update from the app and there’s nothing we can do” which I know isn’t true because this app has been switching back and forth the “layout” of the app for 2 months now. Conflicting reports saying “watch out for the change” and then later saying “no guarantee they’ll change it” to then saying “they can’t change it”. Just overall a bunch of bullshit and a waste of my time.

Suggested solution:

By giving me an actual update. Switch my prizepicks appearance back to what it was, or tell me it’s physically impossible to happen. Putting me on a wild goose chase doesn’t help anybody:
