My complaint:
Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and waited forty minutes in the outer office and did not have a single interaction until I asked to be seen. Unacceptable.
Suggested solution:
First they should apologize. They gave no explanation except to say they we running a little late. 40 minutes is running a lot late. Unacceptable.
