My complaint:
Unable to watch a recording of the game with pause, forward, and reverse capabilities!
Recording and playback capabilities should be the same as all the other NFL presentations.
Suggested solution:
Adopt the same performance capabilities as other presenters, e.g. Fox, ESPN, CBS etc.
