My complaint:
PRIME VIDEO HAS THE INCORRECT CELLPHONE NUMBER LINKED TO MY ACCOUNT. FIRSTLY I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHERE THEY GOT THAT CELLPHONE NUMBER FROM AND SECONDLY I WANT THE CORRECT CELLPHONE NUMBER LINKED TO MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE EMAILED THE PRIME VIDEO GRIEVANCE DEPARTMENT AND NOBODY HAS BOTHERED TO RESPOND TO MY EMAILS.
Suggested solution:
REMOVE THE INCORRECT CELLPHONE NUMBER FROM MY ACCOUNT AND LINK THE CORRECT CELLPHONE NUMBERTO MY PRIME VIDEO ACCOUNT.
AND FINALLY I WANT TO KNOW HOW PRIME VIDEO GOT THE INCORRECT CELLPHONE NUMBER
