My complaint:
Signed up to watch Dune 2021 yesterday, Dec. 27, 2021, paying the $24.95 (plus tax) rental fee. Watched about 23 of it same day, then had to quit. This morning (Dec. 28) I tried, again using Prime Video, to bring the program up in order to hit resume. But all that came up is the option of renting it (again!) for another $24.95; or buying it for more. I did a search for a resume option, and wound up again with the same rental fee but through VUDO. I accepted that rental and complete watching the Dune movie.
Suggested solution:
First, refund my double payment. Next, investigate why your system did not offer me to resume (which is a norm that has always been there in the past--on Prime, Netflix, etc.
