My complaint:

We went to primark on the 15th December, spent a hour looking for bits to exchange and other clothes to buy for a little boy. When we went to the till, we didn’t have a receipt because the bits were a gift from our little girl’s Nan and she has OCD with depression and anxiety so we didn’t want to upset her, they wouldn’t help us and sent us away. Not happy, very disgusted with your company.

Suggested solution:

To exchange clothes and be given money to spend, as this was very upsetting for us and our little ones.
